TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Presentation format: Oral presentation with the option to display slides

• Accepted file formats: PowerPoint, PDF, or Keynote

• Image formats: Preferred formats are JPG, BMP, TIFF, PNG

• Video formats: WMV is preferred. If using a different format, please ensure compatibility with Windows Media Player; Common formats such as MP4, AVI, and MOV are also acceptable

• Screen format: Preferred aspect ratio is 16:9, landscape orientation

• Slide quantity: Please prepare no more than 2 slides per minute of your talk (e.g., 10 minutes = max. 20 slides).

Additional Guidelines:

• Presentations must be delivered to the Slide Room at least 1 hour prior to the start of your session.
  Alternatively, you may submit your presentation in advance to: biuro@alfaevent.pl – it will be forwarded to the Slide Room. We strongly recommend reviewing your slides in the Slide Room before your session.

• Presentations will be delivered from behind a lectern.

• Slides will be displayed from the organizers’ computers. Each lectern will be equipped with a screen displaying the current slide and a wireless clicker for slide control.

• If you prefer to use your own laptop, please report to the Slide Room 90 minutes before your presentation. A technician will connect your device at the lectern just before your talk.

• The stage is equipped with two lecterns, marked M1 and M2. The first speaker will begin the session at lectern M1. The next speaker will present from lectern M2 immediately following the previous talk. Please ensure you are at the designated lectern 1 minute before the end of the preceding presentation. Kindly refer to the printed program to verify your assigned lectern (marked M1 or M2).
